: Steve Cashman Founder and CEO
Steve Cashman, founder of HealthSpot, grew up in a small town in Kansas and studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration at Kansas State University. In 1998, Steve co-founded an IT services integration company, SecuriCom Inc. He was recently Chief Strategy Officer for Exceptional Innovation, where he led the adoption of the company's cutting-edge software platform into the healthcare, hospitality, management and energy marketplaces.

: Kevin Banion Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Banion has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare market. He has served in the roles of president, COO and CFO in his career. Most recently, Kevin was president and COO of Progressive Medical. Under his leadership, Progressive grew from 50 to over 500 employees in a ten year period, and became a dominant player in the workers’ compensation market. Before Progressive, Kevin served as a controller for Voca HealthCare and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

: Michele Kothe Chief Financial Officer
Michele was previously assistant controller at Pinnacle Data Systems (PDSi). At PDSi, Michele's accomplishments included designing a system to be in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and serving as a leading member on the team that completed the acquisition of GNP Computers. She was also responsible for SEC reporting. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers with Assurance & Business Advisory Services, and served as controller for technology startup Fugent.

Lisa worked as a Marketing Manager for Nu Skin Enterprises, where she drove several marketing programs including a national business initiative for women called "Woman to Woman" and was an editor of a monthly magazine, distributed nationwide. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Utah State University.
