Essential duties:

Essential duties:

• Meet or exceed established sales goals through new prospects and existing clients
• Create business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their fit with HealthSpot
• Researching and analyzing sales options
• Maintain relationships with clients in addition to researching and recommending new opportunities or improvements
• Identify product enhancements by remaining current on industry trends, market activity and competitors
• Develop and implement sales plans and projects
• Project expected sales volumes and profit
• Regularly prepare reports and analyze sales data
• Establish and develop annual sales quotas for the sales team
• Maintain appropriate levels of sales staff by recruiting, screening and training employees
• Maintain and promote the HealthSpot brand through representation of current operating standards and provide recommendations for improvements
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through various outlets and networks

The position requires completion of ten (10) years of proven sales experience to IDN’s, health systems and/or hospital networks. Retail pharmacy channel sales experience a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills, preferably spreadsheet, word processing database, email, CRM and other applicable software programs
• Experience in using online tools for sales and market research
• Experience in all aspects of developing and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision, but also within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with .NET Framework including C#, ASP.NET, SQL.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Perform design, development and testing of software using C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, WCF, WPF/XAML

Duties:

• Establishes network specifications; analyzing workload, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols

• Be the intermediary to understand client's needs, write the requirements and translate to Product Mgmt.

• Five (5) years of recent experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist or other similar role.
• Experience in an SDLC environment.

• Proficient in analysis, design and preparation of analytical artifacts and deliverables including gap analysis, requirements documentation, functional specifications.
